The service
Authenticator generates time-based one-time passwords from secrets you provide. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable platform rules.
Authenticator is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the third-party services whose accounts you add.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining recovery methods for your accounts, protecting access to your devices, and ensuring imported setup information is accurate. Keep the original service recovery codes in a safe place. Do not rely on a single device as your only means of account recovery.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Advertising
The free tier may display ads from Google AdMob. Ads are not shown during onboarding and are removed while Premium is active. Advertising partners may process device and advertising data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Core TOTP generation and access to existing codes are free. Optional Premium features (such as encrypted sync, backup, and related capabilities) may be offered through the App Store or Google Play and managed with our subscription partner Qonversion.
Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the terms shown by the applicable store at purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through that store. Losing Premium never blocks or deletes locally stored verification codes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Authenticator reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change to improve security, comply with law, or support platform requirements. We will not intentionally place access to codes you already own behind a subscription.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nodebin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of access caused by lost devices, deleted secrets, third-party services, or failure to maintain recovery options.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
